Participating Financial Institutions
In order to make a sustainable impact in communities where distressed properties are disproportionately located, local housing providers and developers need access to the problematic, abandoned, low-value properties in the left-behind neighborhoods (those areas where there is a concentration of such properties). NCST establishes relationships with financial institutions, servicers and other entities that manage these properties/assets, and whose participation is vital to successful community efforts, to provide that access.
