REOTrack is our proprietary data collection system.
The data collected in REOTrack is important, as it:
We ask our Community Buyers to provide accurate and up-to-date progress reports in REOTrack for NCST-acquired properties. These progress reports include the scope of repairs needed, rehab cost, rehab schedules, rehab status, and property listed status - updated until the property is sold. Buyers also enter information about the end-use of the property, such as rehab/resale, rental, lease-purchase or land bank, and include before-and-after photos that demonstrate the condition of the property at acquisition and at the sale.
NCST Community Buyers:
We have dedicated REOTrack support staff available to answer questions or provide support to Community Buyers. Please email us.
If you are an NCST Community Buyer and are collecting the requested REOTrack data in Excel spreadsheets or other systems, contact our team to learn more about integrating your system with REOTrack to make your reporting easier.
